My brother has worked for a great corporation for decades and will continue his loyal work based on the way he is treated. Although there maybe higher paying jobs available to him, he could never replace the kindness and respect that he feels from his current employer. Just last week the company had a great get together, an employee years of service awards ceremony, acknowledging those that have dedicated their lives to the service of this company. Each member was given a different level of gift based on the number of years he or she had worked for the corporation. All gifts, regardless of the level of service, were of high quality and useful. This company gets the meaning of employee appreciation.
