I believe the quintessential nature photographer is Ansel Adams. He is the one individual who has inspired me the most is the photographer Ansel Adams. He was an accomplished photographer, artist and educator of photographic techniques. He spent most all of his years concentrating on photographing Yosemite National Park. For me he sets the standard by which I strive to become. I’m also inspired by other nature photographers such as Moose Peterson, George Lepp, Dewitt Jones, Art Wolfe and David Muench just to name a few. If you strive to be a nature photographer then study their work and technique then go out and develop you very own style.

In fashion, what was the style during our grandparents’ teenage life is starting to influence this generation. In music, a new tune may be introduced to the people but the ethnic instruments are now commonly used. With the reggae music from Jamaica, people all over the globe is starting to hear tunes of their culture through the iPod. One of the ethnic instruments that are used today is the Bongos. It is an instrument made of two small drums placed side-by-side. One drum is bigger than the other. The bongo drum is from Cuba and is played by striking the head with the palms and fingers. More and more youngsters are trying to learn how to play the Bongos.

I have always loved musicals. In the past I have mainly gone to the ones that were put on by the drama departments of whatever school I was attending, which was a great way to see a show without spending a lot of money. Now that I have graduated though, I am looking for a way to get good deals on tickets for Broadway shows so that I can see some professional shows. Right now I am most interested in San Antonio Wicked Tickets. Can anyone tell me where I can get these for a reasonable price? I can’t afford to pay a premium for them.

You may or you may not have heard of the violinist Itzhak Perlman. This is one of the established classical violinists of our time and has recorded extensively on CD or DVD. You may have heard of him from the movie Schindler’s List by Stephen Spielberg, where he played the now infamous melody on the violin. There is a Perlman video that has come out recently, being a fun documentary film shot about him, when he was in his youth and at the peak of his career as an international soloist. He talks about music and about life and there is footage of him playing together with Pinchas Zukerman. A great watch. Highly recommended in my opinion.

When the original Isle of Lewis chess set was found in that remote Scottish location, it was shrouded in mystery. Several sets were found but none of the sets were complete. Studio Anne Carlton are the company with the most authentic design for the Isle of Lewis chess design and it continues to be the best selling chess set in the world. Although Staunton lovers may struggle to play with a decorative chess set like the Battle of Trafalgar or Alice in Wonderland, the Isle of Lewis makes a pleasant difference to their normal staunton set and still allows a good chess game without wondering which piece is which. The Isle of Lewis chess set is available from SAC-Games.com directly.

I work very hard at the company that I work for and I deserve a break. I put in close to 55 hours a week at my place of work and I haven’t had any time off for more than 10 months so I have decided to treat myself to a little time off. I am going to pack up my bags and take my best friend and myself to Vegas this weekend. While we are there we are going to go see my favorite country music singer in concert as well. We are going to stay at the Lxor and have ourselves one heck of a time.

I have heard so many different stories on how pianists become so excellent in their field but there was one advice that really struck me the most. His advice was to don’t only always practice to make things perfect, but to always practice the correct way. And I guess it’s true. It does not really matter a lot how much you practice, but how you practice. We need to look carefully at the content of our practice time. We need to take note what tools and techniques we can use during practice to eliminate our mistakes. Simply playing a piece over and over again from beginning to end will not be that effective. We, instead, can concentrate on identifying and solving the specific problems and skipping the parts that we already do well. Most of the best piano dvd courses do just that.

My brother is having a birthday soon and I never know what to get him for his birthdays. Not this year though, I happen to know that my brother loves Rascal Flatts and they are going to be coming through town on a concert tour in about a month and I am buying him tickets to go see them. I think that they may be his favorite country music band so I know that he is really going to like this gift. I can’t wait to see the look on his face when he sees those tickets instead of a boring watch or something like that.
