I was at a minor league baseball game earlier this week. Usually in between innings they have little contests to keep the interest of the fans. For example, during one inning they found some kids and had an ice cream eating contest, which was rather pathetic because none of them finished any, and also things like the “kiss cam”. One contest was to see if a fan was smarter than an intern. The question was how many dimples are on golf balls. I would have expected a number around maybe a hundred just like the fan did. However, the intern picked a number in the 200′s. To my surprise there are on average 336 dimples on a normal ball. I would have never guess that high!

When we camp out I always love the night time. This is when the magic happens, I love to make a fire and sit next to it getting warm. I love looking at the stars and trying to be smart and find the north star and stuff. This usually impresses girls. As the day breaks I like to go out of our Camping Tent and make a new fire. The mornings are always very cold and it is nice to make the morning coffee next to a fire. I always like to come to the same spot in Big Sur.

I need a good gift for my husband. He’s been a saint lately. I’ve been really, really swamped at work, and he’s been doing most of the work, taking care of the kids and the house, in addition to his job! I’ve never been particularly supportive of his golf habit, but I think it’s time for that to change. I decided to buy him a new golf club! Being clueless about golf, I had no idea where to start. I was so surprised when I went to visit my ninety three year old grandmother and found that she had a kjw m700 airsoft sniper rifle in her house. My kids were very excited about it. I asked her why she had it and she said that it was so she could shoot at the coyotes that often come on to her property and eat her rabbits. I thought that this made sense until I woke up one morning and found her outside shooting at soda cans. She is still so full of life! My kids had a blast shooting with grandma.
