I couldn’t believe it when I read it, but then I double checked it and asked someone who works in a doctor’s office whether to be true and everyone is basically confirmed it. Apparently there was a study done recently that proved that something simple as exercise, or even just pretending to smile for about half an hour a day, was one of the best anxiety cures going. Both methods even network to better than either in the most cutting edge pharmaceutical on the market today. How long do you think it will be before doctors start recommending this to their patients?
