It IS important to keep liquids and water to function.Use common sense. It is true if you drink a glass of water sometimes when you feel hungry that you will feel full and it will curb hunger. But avoid the claims of the wacky and outlandish. Drink a reasonable amount of water during the day, and it will help support your nutrition plan by keeping you hydrated and healthy.
