Laser Eye Surgery: Info Concerning Lasik

With the frustration that comes with wearing eye glasses on a daily basis, most people now prefer the option of Laser eye surgery. With Laser eye surgery (otherwise called reflective surgery), the best method of eye surgery seem to have been unleashed. Many people, the world over, who have had laser eye surgery done on them have said only good things about this method.

A little explanation of how this works is necessary. Without the clear vision provided by the corneal tissue, we would not be able to see as humans. Light rays that come from an object are bent by the cornea, then they fall on the think layer of light sensitive cells in the eye, also known as the retina. An eye problem that is known as refractive is one in which the light rays from objects do not come together on the retina.
