Stress and Acne
Acne can be caused by a plethora of reasons, however one that is oft overlooked is stress. Whether the source comes from school, a bad relationship, parents, or personal fears and whatnot, they can all be bad for a person’s psyche, health, and most noticably to those around the person, that person’s skin health. Specifically, it will appear in the form of acne. That is why it is important to decrease the amount of stress someone suffering from acne is experiencing. It can be just as effective as medication or creams or washes in terms of effectiveness. Remember, acne treatment can be completely organic and simple to carry out. Some of the most simple ways to destress and thus treat acne is to breath deeply, drop your shoulders more, and not worry about random things everyday that aren’t going to matter in the long run. Remember that, and your acne will slowly disappear.
