Grandma’s New Cake is Great!
My grandmother came over with the most delicious cake the other day! She always has wonderful treats around, but I’ve had most of her standards already. I was surprised that she had one that I haven’t had yet! She said it’s her blackberry wine recipe. I must have looked confused, so she quickly recited the ingredients to help me understand. She actually used blackberry wine as an ingredient in the cake! I’d never had blackberry wine, but the cake was amazing. She said the wine is delicious, too. I’ll have to keep an eye out for it, and I’ll pick some up the next time I find it! That way I can make some cake and enjoy some good wine, too.
