When you buy a house but before you close the deal you are most likely going to have a home inspection done on the property. The purpose of the inspection is to get an overall sense of the condition of various aspects of the home. Is the electrical in good order, does the roof leak etc. But many people might overlook the possibility of insect damage simple because they were not aware the area they are buying in is prone to infestations. A Toronto Home Inspector will know what to look for in this particular case and show you ways of preventing infestation from occurring in the first place.
