To Fix or Not to Fix
When our Placerville air conditioning went out, we wasn’t sure what to do. It is two days before escrow closes and our house will be under new ownership. However, we had already told the buyers that the air conditioner worked. Plus, they tested it in their home inspection and learned that everything was fine. Yet, now it’s broken and I don’t know if I’m supposed to fix it or not. I asked our real estate agent and he said not to worry about it. However, I’m not a dishonest guy. If I need to fix it, I will. I don’t know what to do.
