It always irritated me that men in my family have always had an unspoken “point” system to measure success. The handsome men who always got the girl were considered the pick of the litter. Then, to my delight, my short, gentle, quiet brother Rod graduated from college, became a market trader and very wealthy. Soon Rod was the center of attention at every family gathering and found himself surrounded by his tall, rugged, outdoorsy relatives, all hanging on his every word as he threw out terms like, “autopilot marcus leary“, “NASDAQ”, and “Forex”. I had a very good time watching men who were lucky to graduate high school almost sitting at the feet of my favorite financial genius.
