The Florida Probate Attorney Sort Through The Wills
My parents had lived in several states before they retired. They had chosen to write a will in each state and carried them all with them to Florida where they spent their retirement years. For some reason, and I never could figure out why, they had never gotten around to writing a will in Florida. Not being from Florida I was not familiar with their probate laws and did not know if any of the wills were valid. I contacted a Florida probate attorney to answer my questions. After the initial session I felt we should hire them to represent us throughout the probate process.
