How my company is handling calls.
I work for a medium size security company. I have worked here for three years and I like it a lot. We have have three divisions. the first division deals with emergency calls. The second division deals with customer service type calls. The third division deals with new sale calls. The emergency calls are handled directly by live personnel. The other two divisions are not of an emergency nature and have been handled by voice biometrics software that lets them speak their intentions over the phone. This helps us get them to the right person to speak to. I like this system a lot.
