iPhone Cydia app to open jailbroken app store
Jay Freeman should be a pretty familiar name to owners of jailbroken iPhones and iPods. He is the creator of Cydia which is the one stop for all jailbroken apps these days. Freeman is now opening a jailbroken app store says iPhone 3G Car Charger. This could be the final bit to send Apple over the edge and start going after jailbroken phones and developers. After all, they’ve already laid the groundwork by stating that jailbreaking the iPhone is indeed illegal. There have been jailbroken apps for sale but up until now, they involved paypal and a verification code system. A new app store might set off an interesting trend.
